Promotional tools link

There is a promotional tools link at the bottom of my forum, but when I click on the link the banners do not appear only the code. i am assuming the banners are not being hosted but I am not sure, can someone take a look and tell me what I need to do so that I can use these tools to post banners around the web for promoting my forum and for my users to use as well... Smile

There is one link (promotional tools) that leads to a page. You can click on it on the homepage or use this link -> http://www.ptcdiscussionforum.com/h2-banners

When you get to this link you will see code for banners but no image of actual banners, just blank square. I am wondering what has happened to the images and how do I get them to appear there.
