I want to make multione forums but with tutorials but I have one problem.

How to add my forum name with links like in this photo?
Can you help me please and give me a right html code if it needs?
And other question~
How to make navigation like this?
What html or ccs code I need ?'
And ofc in English language xD

To add more to the navigation menu:
Administration Panel > Display > Homepage > Headers & Navigation

You can not delete the original ones.
