Members Photos

As administrator i can upload photographs onto any of the forums but for some reason my members can no longer do this. Is there a setting or permission i need to set to allow members to do this?

I have to appolgise for wasting your time , i have been waiting for a couple of other users to get back to me. They have no problems uploading and have just done so .

The persons concerned have now said that they could not see for looking when it asked them to activate personal gallery, more senior than me so i will leave it at that and sorry once more .
