We might have been hacked... sort of

Hello! I have a big issue that I need to solve.
I tried using the utilities tool, but every time I try to log in, it says "The login and the password you specified are wrong." Now, I did not create the forum - a friend of mine did, but then he moved away and gave me the password to the head admin. I had this issue before, because the password he gave me was not the one he used to create the forum with, so we changed it (that was last February). However, I tried using utilities three days ago, and I cannot log in using the password and e-mail or forum link. I send another e-mail to staff, but they told me that the e-mail doesn't match the forum address. We already did this once, and it did match. What is the problem? How can I fix it?

Not saying this is your problem , however, i have found that the majority of the time my password won't work is because the caps is on. Something to look at.

Nope, it's not that. What worries me is that it is not recognizing the e-mail address; we used it the first time we retrieved the password, but this time it's not working for some reason

We can only reset/send a new pass to the email the forum was created with.
If the email has been changed for this before as you said, then just message me what your forum link is and your email address, if they match then i will just send you a new pass.
If they do not match, then we will have to forward this all to leeloo t look in to and work out

Having same problem, it first said I tried to many time but haven't been on there and will not take my username or password. I can't even get it to send it to my email address..

@SLGray Yes, I did, but he hasn't responded yet, I'm not sure if he even read it.

@Rideem3 Yes, I did, but there is a problem - it's not recognizing our e-mail address.

Kirk has been on & off lately. So to speed up the process, first delete the PM you sent him. It must be there in your outbox.
Then resend me the request via PM.

I had already told without the proper creation email nothing can be done. Why are you PM'ing kirk in the first place. ?
