Solved Users cant post links

Users are telling me they cant post links for 7 days after they register. I cant find the setting for this one. Where can I change this setting?

You can change this option in the Admin Panel :

General >> Forum >> Security >> Unauthorize members with less than a week registration to post external links and emails : No
