Ad Sense Domain Name Problem

Post by niji666 on January 26th 2013, 4:16 am

Hey guys i am having a problem with ad sense registering i hope you can help me with. It is asking me for my url>>>

(Please enter your primary website or URL only (e.g. www.example.com), even if you have multiple websites, domains, and/or mobile webpages.)

When i enter my domain name i am getting this message>>>

URL must not have a path (example.com/path) or subdomain (subdomain.example.com).

Any ides?

And a quick thank you to everyone around here for all the hard work you put in! Cheers guys i have learned a lot over the last year.

I think you will have to buy a custom domain name from Forumotion. Adsense will not accept "paths" e.g.
www.whatever.forumotion.com. It has to be www.whatever.com

The thing is www.chatter.betaboard.net is mine and i had no problem registering that one? unless they have changed the rules since last year?

I think they must have changed it then as the ".betaboard." is a "sub-domain".
