To whom it may concern.

I posted this topic a few weeks back hoping to find a solution to my problem.

https://help.forumotion.com/t118856-new-to-javascripting

Upon my returning I find that the person didn't understand my question at all, decided that the problem was solved without even asking any questions. Furthermore he locks the topic so that I'm unable to reply and kicks it to the garbage bin. I find this unacceptable that a person in his/her position doesn't take the correct steps in order to help a client.

Please help me out in this situation because the service up to now has been great and I don't want to regret joining this community.

Kind Regards
Vrikkidel

Hmmm? I am not even sure if what you are asking is legal?
I don't really fully understand what you mean or are asking ?
However it seems Rideem3 knows what you mean and has provided the answer.

I am guessing the reason your post was locked and or put in the trash is because Rideem3 had provided an answer and a reply was never given, We try to give as much time as we can for members to reply and come to a conclusion and solution to any given inquiry, But if we do not get a reply after a few days, then we just render the post as non responsive post, then lock and move to the trash, We can only keep topics open for so long before we have to move them to prevent forum congestion as much as possible while trying to focus on other post of persons that still need help.

The good news is, if you do have a post sent to the garbage you can always message a staff member and ask if it can be moved back and unlocked. We have no problem doing this so long as the topic is appropriate and is still in need of a soultion Smile
