Adding images

Hello again

I would like to add a link and an image in a widget on the portal (?) I have no idea about html is there another option please?

Thank you but I still don't understand, it takes me a little while to get the hang of things I am not technical so I need step by step instructions if you can

Alright,

Where it says, "URL" you add your link to wherever you'll be directing the user(s). Now, where it says, "imglink" you'll be inserting the image's link.

But, no please do not remove the quotes or else it won't work.
