How to move/delete members topics.

Hi, i feel dumb for asking this, but i think it is because of my theme O_o how do i move/delete topics? Below the text bar when i click edit there are 3 bars one says Options, another says Add a poll, can't remember the third one. But anyways, i can not click any of these they don't work? So i am guessing it is my skin that is the problem?

There should be an button on the right side on each one to open them and close them. Do you see a button that looks like a plus sign? ?

Only plus i see is on 2 reply buttons one makes new topic in thread and other replies to post.

Have you tried using a different theme to see if they will appear?

I have made an account on your forum that the account needs to be activated by an admin as i did not get my Email.

My account name is the same as this one i use in the support forum.

Once you ok my account please add me to the mod's group so i can see the mods tool's in the threads.

There is no need to give me the right to the ACP as i should see all the tools with just the mods account.
