Its there a way to add a translator to the chat box.?
problem i'm having is members are posting and it shows in their language to them what they post., but post by others are showing in another language, or should i say the language of that poster.
example i have someone from Croatia who see's the post she types in here own language ,but my post written in English are appearing to her in English. Oddly i see everything written in English even her post to me.
Not sure how this all works as i seldom used the chat box but intend to .

At least for me, the board language isn't affecting the chatbox or any posts. I think it's simply your members typing/speaking in other languages. Unfortunately there's no way to implement a translator on the built-in chatbox, but it might be possible on the AvacWeb or FMQuery chatboxes.

Mmm. Like I said though it's not guaranteed that either of those chatboxes will be able to do anything for you. You'd have to go to their respective sites and contact their respective owners to figure it out, unless one of them happens to come in here and be able to respond Very Happy

Members would have to use translator to translates it them self. Like Bing or Google translator. I think you would be better off just having a rule that only English or the main language of your forum is allowed.
