Or you can try

http://www.randimg.net/

Just create an account, upload pictures you want, and put given link where the banner image goes.

I've used Ranimg before. Sanket, you've actually been involved in a discussion about "rotating banners" where they brought this up before (I think I saw you in one anyway). I remember wanting to do this myself so I searched "rotating banner" using the search tool here and got some results.

Basically, you upload your pictures there and they'll supply you with a url which you can use in the pics management of your control panel. When people load from that url they'll get a random picture from the pool of uploading images.

Now the only problem I have with it is that it doesn't work around caching and all that. The banner will remain the same until you do an actual refresh (press the button or F5) or until they clear their cache / temp files and come back.

What you need to do is you need to upload all your images first. Then you need to create a new "pile".

Name it accordingly. Now click on the name of the pile (which is a link) and it will expand out a box. Drag & Drop your images into that box (which is adding them to that pile).

When you've finished click "Go back to pile list" and then click "Link". This will give you your URL.

The end result is like this :
http://pile.randimg.net/0/48/12202/sigs.png

I uploaded three images there. One is from Chrono Trigger, another from Megaman, and another is Link from Zelda. Every time you click the link one of them is selected at random.

The way this works is that his site is a middle-man between the end user and Imgur (a popular image host, where the images are hosted). His site has some way of handing users that use those links and redirects them to random image.

Note that this is the easiest, but not really the best way of doing this since it doesn't work unless users actually bother to refresh. The best way would probably be some kind of JavaScript trick of some sort.

Edit : Maybe there's a JS that can prevent caching of a specific element? Like, maybe we can use a JS to prevent the element "#Logo" from ever being cached, therefore forcing randimg to be used every time.

This could be a good way to make a much simpler solution to banner rotators.
