Forum raiding other forums

There is a forum on forumotion going around and raiding other. By raiding I mean spamming inappropriate pictures that probably fall under porn. They have attacked multiple forums and are proud of what they are doing, thus ruining the fun of other people for their own sake. Many of their forums have died and become husks. But the current one, Off Topic Repository, is currently their domain. They have a wiki specifically dedicated to their accomplishments upon these forums. They've had about 4 forums. 3 of in which resided on Forumotion. They started raiding at about The Off Topic Lounge and continued into Off Topic Repository.

If this doesn't tell you anything, then read their wiki. Please get them to stop their meaningless and hurtful raids.

this has to be reported to forumotion litigation, We do not take reports here on the support forum.
I would just copy all this information and send it off to litigation to handle.

Does this simply tell the forum being reported? If it does, they'll do NOTHING to fix it.

If the litigation team finds that the report is a substantial disrespect of their TOS, they would take action against it in a way of either warning the forum (Give them time to remove the objectionable material) or even deleting the forum directly. But, there would be nothing to confirm this. These are the only 3 possibilities after you file a litigation.

You said that your forum was spammed by some members, can you please provide a post as example ?
We can add their details in our anti-spam system

About the litigation tool : you can only report forum that have infringed our TOS. So if you have provided proofs that this forum had some content considered as illegal, it will be treated.
But no action will be taken if you have only reported that you are sure that the admin is your spammer.

The good news is that I have screen shots. This is their raid from a few days ago against the racing site. I was not able to actually get into the threads due to them using pictures that froze up my browser. Let me get those uploaded into Tinypic. I just got caught in a snowstorm and my internet is too slow to upload. I'll get them to you guys soon.

For sure I know that not only the admins, Queen Kghyilda (RTcity) and Tangy(amsk8r) have participated in these raids, but multiple other members as well. They call themselves the "Shitpost Squad" or "Funpost squad"

Well. Apparently the litigation team has ignored 4 litigations from 4 people. OTR is cocky enough to even post the litigations as a header.

If this forum has received your litigations, that's a good thing.
I remind that the litigation tool is only an intermediary tool between the complainant and the accused forum.

In worst cases, I mean an infringement of our TOS (download, copyrights infringement, porn content, etc...), an action can be taken by the litigation team (warning or ban).
If I understood correctly, you're accusing this forum of spam, which is really difficult to prove.
All I can suggest you is to send another litigation with all the proofs you have.
