ACP > Display > Pictures and Colors > Color > Scroll down > Rolover color (Select a color) > Save.

That would only change it while hovering. I believe its a permanent color.

Nope. That screen shot is from the French support forum. I got on, found that topic, and it is only a hover color. http://forum.forumactif.com/f55-suggestions-ameliorations
