Creating a tutorial

Can I create a tutorial on how to add swf files, since no one knows

I appreciate you trying to create a tutorial for the forum. Honestly, we don't tell in advance whether we would accept or reject a tutorial. However, in your case about adding a flash, I don't see it being added as a tutorial.

You could put in your efforts to create something else, which is quite often asked.

It seems that people dont really know how to do it because its not in the tutorials.

We don't add tutorials based on whether people know a certain thing or not. We add tutorials based on the majority who would use it & whether the question is otherwise easily answerable.
