I definitely prefer phpBB 3 over phpBB 2. But the choice is completely up to you. Please note that phpBB 3 does not support template editing whereas phpBB 2 does.

Again, the choice is up to you. Different people have different interpretations of 'easy' and 'comfortable'. You will need find something that suits you.

but forum become slow or fast its becoz of theme? Which color is best for background? White or black? Just i want your opinion about it.

A forum's speed is not affected much by its theme as long as there isn't any excessive unnecessary coding on it. I prefer light coloured themes.

Is this problem solved? It seems more like a question of opinion now.
