Navbar to toolbar

I want to add the navbar links to the toolbar so that way they are always fixed when scrolling. How?

I can help you to fix your navigation bar but I'm afraid the main link will not fit very well on toolbar. They will hold too much place.

Ok can we make it like a dropdown then?
