How to create an upload and download page???

Hello everybody ,

I'm new here and have a forum created with forumotion, but I have a question: I want a download (and upload) page for my members, because I create files for the game RollerCoaster Tycoon 3. (CS and CSO, but that isn't important). My question is, is this possible and how am I going to do that. I want a new HTML page and I know how to do that, but a download/uploadpage...

I hope I will get a quick, and easy answer, because I am not a pro...

I do not belive you are allowed to do this, seeing as how the RollerCoaster Tycoon games all cost money, and this would be like burning the disc, and handing out the game.

That would be correct. If you aren't the creator or authorized to provide the download links, you should not add it. Your forum could be deleted for Copyright Infringements.

Your could always make an account on http://.sploder.com , and create a games for your site. It is all free, and it will give you the HTML page code for free.

You can not create an upload/download from scratch on Forumotion, as it requires server side scripting. You'd be able to make it externally on a server/host of your own, or use one of the many free services available on the net for uploading files.

Hello everybody,

For the people who think that what I make is illegal, that's not true. I am (in the RCT world) a CS and CSO creator for RCT3, that means that I make objects for other people for the game, and that is legal.

I hope there is a solution to make a sort of connection with your forum and a upload server. Is that possible or is that impossible too???

Could you not upload them to your forum as attachments or use a third party host like mediafire?
