Email host POP set up? Empty Email host POP set up?

Hi,
Is there a way to set up my forum email address with my windows live mail?
I currently have it running through two different email addresses which looks crap.
Any options?

Of course you can. Just change your email adress from:
Adinistration Panel ~> Users & Groups ~> Users ~> Search users. Find your profile - Edit ~> E-mail address : * Complete the nearly field with your new adress.

yeah, I understand that I can have an email address.
But can I put that email address through my windows live mail?
I would need the pop info for this.
