about glow and glitter effects

hi can i ask question

this is glow+ icon

its possible to make can make glow+glitter+icon in one..??

when i add glitter this is the result..



the icon was remove.. and the glitter effect scatter all around.. see it in picture above

Also, did you try using different types of glitter? Here's three different types of glitter. Try different one's and see if one works better than the other.
