You're correct,

Allopass doesn't offer India and when buying credits via paypal their is no option to pay with the Indian currency so in some ways that rules out paypal.

Well if you already own your own custom domain(on Go Daddy for example) you can just forward it to your Forumotion URL or create a subdomain and do the same thing.
The instructions on how to do this will be in your admin panel in your forum. Otherwise maybe buy a domain name from a domain host and forward it to your Forumotion URL.That would be the way round it if you cannot purchase a domain through your admin panel.
