Code:
<b>
<marquee behavior="scroll" direction="left" scrollamount="5"><font color=red>Club 1kJho now has a new logo. Like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter, and go check it out right now! MAJOR thank you to our graphic artists, WhiteHawk and zellios!</font></marquee></b>

That should do it.

Regards,
Sir Chivas.

Code:
<b>
<marquee behavior="scroll" direction="left" scrollamount="5"><div class="shadow1"><font color=red>Club 1kJho now has a new logo. Like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter, and go check it out right now! MAJOR thank you to our graphic artists, WhiteHawk and zellios!</font></div></marquee></b>

Add this inside your CSS: ACP >> Display >> Colors >> CSS (Tab)
Code:
.shadow1 {
   text-shadow: 2px 2px #ff0000;

</div></marquee></b>

Add this inside your CSS: ACP >> Display >> Colors >> CSS (Tab)
Code:
.shadow1 {
   margin: 40px;
   background-color: rgb(68,68,68); /* Needed for IEs */

   -moz-box-shadow: 5px 5px 5px rgba(68,68,68,0.6);
   -webkit-box-shadow: 5px 5px 5px rgba(68,68,68,0.6);
   box-shadow: 5px 5px 5px rgba(68,68,68,0.6);

   filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Blur(PixelRadius=3,MakeShadow=true,ShadowOpacity=0.30);
   -ms-filter: "progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Blur(PixelRadius=3,MakeShadow=true,ShadowOpacity=0.30)";
   zoom: 1;
}
.shadow1 .content {
   position: relative; /* This protects the inner element from being blurred */
   padding: 100px;
   background-color: #DDD;
}

Sorry, this just adds a massive grey box around the text and only adds the shadow effect to the box, and not the text itself.

Try this,

HTML
Code:
<b>

Code:
.shadow1 {
   text-shadow: 2px 2px #ff0000;
}

Reduce it to 1px or 0px if you think it's too much.
