How do I make a picture on the top of my Forum?!

I can't find the option for adding a picture on the very top. Like I am a member of www.warriorclancats.forumotion.com and if you go to the home page or any page they have a picture of a cat on the top.

Do you mean the forum's logo/banner?
Administration Panel > Display > Colors & Pictures > Pics Management
