FMChat Tutorial unavailable

As the title says, I cannot access the FMChat tutorial anymore and the FMChat I'm using on a forum of a friend (he gave me admin access to check the code) isn't working properly.

So, if anyone has a cached copy of it or a copy in any way, that'd be really appreciated.
