Background-position

Post by Macca_96 on March 6th 2013, 11:06 am

Hi,

I would like to have my banner scroll on my site from right to left. I thought I could use the background-position property and somehow set it to minus a pixal every .1 second but cant work it out.

Banner? You mean logo? What is your forums version? If you have access to templates you can add it scrolling there:: http://www.quackit.com/html/codes/scrolling_images.cfm
Post your forums URL please. (:

If you look at the top banner there is the APEX image and a long, narrow image bihind I added via CSS using background src="URL"

What else can I add to the class to make it scroll?

I just want the background to scroll
