Hello Smile
I want change my date format Smile
When I change date format from Tr. 6 03 2013 - 23:09 to Tr. 6 03 2013 - 11:09 pm in admin panel, it's changed, but when I go to my forum home page, I see that my date format don't change Sad Why?

You have to change it in your profile, too:

Profile > Preferences
Date format:

Moved to Other Problems.
