Fixed banner
Hello
I'm trying to create a fixed banner using 'position: fixed' but it is making the whole element thinner and shifting it to the left. I also want to make the forum scroll into it like the notification bar works. Any help?

Once i achieve this, i will do the same with the navbar div and edit the banner to make it skinnier so the rest doesnt look to cramped when the rest scrolls into it

Re: Fixed banner
You mean what it becomes when I apply the settings to get the results I stated previously?

Re: Fixed banner
I have tried everything I know, but none of it will work correctly. Maybe someone else might know.
