Is there a code to stop rolling text when I put my mouse on it? This would help with our announcements!

Is this the code you used:
Code:
<b><marquee behavior="scroll" direction="left" scrollamount="5"><div class="shadow1"><font color=black> 03/12/19: Our cross-community hunt is on right now! If you're heading online in 3U, visit Recruiting 2, Lobby 5 to hunt with players from various communities! </font></div></marquee></b>

Use this code instead.
Code:
<b><marquee behavior="scroll" direction="left" scrollamount="5" onmouseover="this.stop();" onmouseout="this.start();"><div class="shadow1"><font color=black> 03/12/19: Our cross-community hunt is on right now! If you're heading online in 3U, visit Recruiting 2, Lobby 5 to hunt with players from various communities! </font></div></marquee></b>
