Does your theme not have a search bar at the bottom left corner in each forum?

The search only searches the topic titles, so the keyword has to be in a topic title. Also only four or more characters long keywords will give results.

That is strange because on my Invision forum, the search bar in the forums works correctly.

yes it works, but only the content inside each sub-forum

but in the other sub-forum content it don't find

for example i'm on the "main" sub-forum and i search something that is in the other sub-forum,. it couldn't find

that's why i hide it cause i want if i search,.it find the entire content of the forum like search in the header

Try this code:
Code:
<form id="search" action="/search?search_where=11" method="get">
<input id="keywords" class="inputbox search" type="text" onblur="if (this.value == '') this.value = 'Search...';" onclick="if (this.value == 'Search...') this.value = '';" value="Search..." maxlength="128" name="search_keywords">
<input class="button2" type="submit" value="Search">
</form>

And put it in a widget or on:
Admin Panel > Display > Generalities > Homepage message

You could add the code to a forum widget.
