Hello ... is it possible at one time sent to all inactive user a private message?

You could create a usergroup with all of your "inactive" members, then send your private message to that entire group. I do not know if there is an easier solution or not.

You could send a Email.
Users & groups>handle users
Generate the user list
Then send the email.
