Google results
I just recently changed the name of my forum and URL but when people search google it still returns the old URL ( I know it will still redirect users to new forum) but people may not click on it cause the title is different from the URL.

Hmm, I honestly don't think there is an option to change this, but you can make an announcement.

Re: Google results
If you have your forum registered with Google Analytics, Google Sitemaps or other search engines, you have to visit your accounts and update the info about the address. They won't do it automatically.
