Extra Comments: For the inbox buttons I need 2. For the one saying the user has no messages, it should be just solid text, and for the one saying the user has new messages it should be a GIF file.

When requesting a gif file, your not being specific enough.
What do you mean it should be a gif file? Are you asking for animation?
Also:Primary Colors: (HTML color codes) dec7c7 and e5d7d7 What do you mean two separate colors or a gradient using these two colors? What shape do you want the buttons?
