Clearing cache on your browser won't help. The problem is one of capacity on the database(s). Either the session table has been maxed out by design or after some type of script failure/hack, but in any case it can now only be put back in action through a database repair or a manual deletion of the session table content. This can only be done by someone with access and authority to those tables.

There is still one problem: If you log in with a wrong password, you get an empty page.
