There is only two ways to buy credits:

1. PayPal

2. Allopass

No, you cannot. I am not sure if paypal account accepts gift cards, you need to check with them. But, all transaction on Forumotion are done through paypal or Allopass & nothing else.

I just looked at the pay transaction it says I can pay though PayPal without an account but I need a card number so could that work with a gift card?
