Yes. To remove some navigation, put this in your CSS: (At the very beginning of the CSS)

Code:
a[href="/link"] { display: none !important; }

Edit the 'link' to the link of one of the navigation.
Example: If you want to remove the FAQ, go to the link of the faq, then copy the url, remove your forum url then get all the part of it.
(www.linkofyourwebsite/faq) ---> (/faq)

And if you want to edit/modify.
Go to ACP > Modules > HTML and JS > Javascript Management > Create (Check in all pages) > Add this:

Code:
$(function(){
        $('a.mainmenu:contains("Log in")').text('Sign In');
        });

Just edit the Log in with the text display on the navigation bar then change the Sign In into the new text you want to be displayed.

There is a way to modify the navigation: ACP - Display - Pics management - Advance mode... here you can modify nav bar... you don't need CSS for this

Just delete link you don't need here... first save it if you want to paste it again later
