Is it possible to, for example, a user who has written 10 posts on the forum can watch the whole forum, a user who wrote less than 10 posts did not have that option

Hi,

You can do it with auto subscribe groups, once they reached a certain amount of post, they will be placed on that group with permission adjusted so that they can see the whole forum Perms

By using the auto subscribe groups as advised above, you can set up the permissions accordingly in order to create a restricted forum. Here is a tutorial explaining how to create one: https://help.forumotion.com/t38399-restricted-forums
