Solved Help with style sheet

I edited the colors in my skin all went well , but i cant figure out how to change the color below circled in red.
I dont want it to be orange .
I assume i have to edit the css style sheet if someone could tell what area i need to do this please and thanks

What you can do if I am right. In the CSS Style sheet look for something that says nav-list. From there in curly brackets it will list the colors that you can change if you know the hex values.

i guess that style sheet doesn't have it , shame i worked forever getting all the colors right.
What if i deactivated the basic css ?
