can i ask something about design i make this advertisement in the banner of my forum

but this advertisement see only in HOME when you in PORTAL or sub forum... you did not see it..
i want only to see that advertise in all page...

i put that code in homepage >> generalities

Add it to an announcement that is on all pages:

Administration Panel > General > Messages & Emails > Announcements
