and i think that thing is a navigation bar but how did he put that in loading screen

Your loading page looks like it has everything except the navigation menu. Is that the only thing that you need?

Im just Planning to Put a Navigation bar for Facebook so if they click that facebook in the side of enter forum they will redirect to my facebook page
