The navigation bar, they just use images then make it float, here's the HTML code: (change the LINKOFTHEIMAGE to your nav bar image link)
Code:
<ul class="navbar">
<li><a href="/"><img src="LINKOFTHEIMAGE" /></a></li>
<li><a href="/"><img src="LINKOFTHEIMAGE" /></a></li>
<li><a href="/"><img src="LINKOFTHEIMAGE" /></a></li>
<li><a href="/"><img src="LINKOFTHEIMAGE" /></a></li>
<li><a href="/"><img src="LINKOFTHEIMAGE" /></a></li>
</ul>

Put this in your CSS:
Code:
.navbar {
position: fixed;
top: 200px;
list-style: none;
}
ul.navbar li img:hover{
-moz-transition:1.2s;
-ms-transition:1.2s;
-o-transition:1.2s;
-webkit-transition:1.2s;
padding-left:36px;
transition:1.2s;
}

Btw, if you want to display that in all pages, put the HTML code here:
Go to ACP > Display > Templates > General > Edit the overall_footer_end:

Then find the </body>, after you find it. Paste the code before it (above the </body>). Then save it!

Put the CSS code.

After that,
find the </body> in overall_footer_end, then put the code before it.
Then save. Then click the '+' icon, did you do it correctly?

Working now, the reason why it's not working is because you set the 'Force the default templates' option to yes. All you need to do is to find an navigation image then change it into the 'LINKOFTHEIMAGE'.

You need to edit this part on the code:
Code:
<a href="/">

If you want me to do it for you, just tell me what navigations you want to display?

Btw, i suggest you some navigation bar images for you created by FM graphic designer users.
