Announcement Information Table

Hey all. I'm using forumotion's forums and I've got a question. Is there a way to create a sticky REPLY on someone's topic? Like when I want to warn or tell them something important... (I'm an admin there)

P.S: I usually do like this, but it seems bad. I need a better way.
