Suspicious Account Problem

Hello, I'm having a problem with logging in to http://ytchorus.forumotion.com/ as the website claims that my account is suspicious and to look for the staff here.

Please advice.

Hello Kago,a lot of forums have had this problem. It seems to be the anti-spam plugin that for some reason is blocking users with short or common usernames.The captcha is broken so users cannot fill it in to unblock their account.

Are you a member of the forum or the admin? If you are a member you could ask the admin of that forum to change your username. That seems to have worked on my forum and my users were then able to log in again.

If however you are the admin unless there is another admin on the forum who can change your username for you.(As they would need to go into the admin panel to do this,so only another admin can.) Then you would have to PM Leeloo when she gets back on Monday who can unblock your account. As the problem occurs when the username,IP or email address is on the block list.

It's not the actual member who is blocked just the usernames they are using that are.
So it is best to choose a username that is unique,not too short,and not the same as everybody else has. Which may help avoid this problem in future.

Oh I am sorry I did not know that. The problem is Sanket that no matter how many times users fill in the captcha the page just refreshes again and again. So the users cannot unblock their account and cannot get back into the forum.
There is a fault on the plugin regarding the captcha which is the problem. As if a users fills in the captcha correctly which the users have done,it should then unlock their account.
Only it does not do that as the plugin is broken.So it really needs to be fixed by Forumotion.
Could you not unblock the OP Sanket, as Leeloo is no longer here to do that?

That form if was not working for all, we might have had 100s of complaints. That doesn't seem to be the case. Thats the reason, i asked the user to fill in the form & check.

I am sorry, but only a Pro-Admin can do it. In absence of Leeloo, only The Godffather can do it.

Well from the OPs post it seems as he has already tried that,although he did not say if he is the admin or a member of the forum.

So when is Leeloo's replacement coming?
As the OP probably needs to get back into the forum as soon as is possible.
And if the OP is the founder or the only admin of his forum,he cannot access it.

We don't have any expected time frame given as to when someone will come in. But, there is nothing we could do without The Godfather's help in this matter.
