In progress Servimg Website Issue

I wanted to check to see if this issue is happening to anyone else. I noticed that today Servimg website is uploading files and putting them in jpg file instead of the original file. For example I am trying to upload png file and the uploading process is converting it to jpg file. Is this is a known issue and do we know what happened?

Just curious, but has servimg been notified of this issue so they can fix it? I tried to look for tech support or any form of support on the site and there isn't any. Just checking to make sure we let them know of the issue.
