Changing Domain Hosts
I have third party hosting for my domain name. I'm and changing the domain host and my forum is unavailable. I tried logging in directly to the Administrators panel through my founders page, but can't edit the Domain Name settings.
I would like to remove the domain name forwarding with forumotion while the transition happens.
Thanks!

Re: Changing Domain Hosts
Thank you.
I sent a message to Leeloo to disassociate to domain.
Hopefully that works.

Re: Changing Domain Hosts
Oops, can you send the message to Sanket? LeeLoo isn't longer with us, she has left Forumotion. Sorry.

Re: Changing Domain Hosts
Okay. Thanks again.
I should have done this before I started the transfer process, but didn't foresee the issue.

Re: Changing Domain Hosts
I hate to rehash this when someone is telling me they are working on it, but it has been since last Thursday and I still can't access my forum at www.crowdedhazegaming.forumotion.com. It still forwards directly to my new website and I therefore have no way to incorporate it or for any of my members or guests to access it.
Sanket said he forwarded it on to someone, but is there anyone else that can help?

Re: Changing Domain Hosts
Unfortunately, our Pro-Admin has left Forumotion, so we're counting on the other Pro-Administrator. He's a bit busy, but as soon as he views the report he'll start working on it. Please be patient.
