Solved Tried to set up new forum - width change 'impossible'?

Post by Testicles_the_Greek on April 17th 2013, 8:52 pm

For fun today i tried to set up a new forum and surprise someone with a hobby, but i couldn't get the damned forum width to change?

I tried the CSS and the Admin> General> etc to 95% but nothing changed? I thought it'd be fun and easy. Obviously not.

And what is this new search toolbar for my existing forum?

Try to put this in your css:
Code:
.pun {
Width: 75% !important;
}

Just change the value, 75, until you get contented with the width. Hello

Try this?:
Code:
.bodylinewidth {
    width: 950px; !important;
}

Add it at the bottom of your CSS, if it does not work, please provide a link to your forum.

Try changing the value, 950, since it's your default width as i check your forum.

Jophy's code should work. Add this to your css.
Code:
.bodylinewidth {
    width: 1050px; !important;
}

No, i mean your forum width on your forum is set to 950px already.
So change the value '950' so you'll see the change.

Try the value used by Sanket, that should work. Wink
