I forgot my password

Hi i forgot my forum password totally and i can not remember creation mail address too. My forum http://avacs.sforum.biz and present email address i know it but when i select "forgot password" with username and email then it is showing " disallow to send new password" please humble request to forum staff make it "allow to new password" becoz i cant login right now.

In cases you can't remember your creation e-mail, provide us a list of all e-mails that you use so that we can confirm if you're the founder of the forum.
