Replies aren't decrease

Post by Jégtermelő48 on April 30th 2013, 6:43 pm

Have a nice day! Smile
I have a little problem.
I have deleted about 1500 replies, that's OK, the replies disappeared, but the members' replies number wasn't decrease.
What is the problem and how can I solve it?!

Example :
"X" had got 698 replies.
I deleted 100 replies by "X", these replies are deleted but it has got 698 replies, not 598.

Sorry about my bad grammar (if I have) Smile

Hello,

I have a possible solution.

Go to your ACP -->General-->Configuration-->Scroll down-->Synchronize a user

This will update his post count to the correct number.

Read this thread for some information on what this will do

The above thread basically explains this in slightly more detail.

So if I do that, the synchronized user's PMs will go to 0 and the replies number will go to the good number. Thank you so much!
