In progress Moving hosts

Me and my friend are starting to abandon the old Forumotion board we've used, and we're moving hosts to Enjin. Thing is, we need to import the old information from Forumotion. From what the people on Enjin support have told me, I need an SQL backup, which I have no idea how to make. Is this necessary, and if so, how is it done?

On a somewhat related note:

Assume I knew a forum who did so without consent, how would I approach reporting it?

Goodbye Forumotion.

You cant, forumotion dose not allow nor offer data transfers at this time.
What i usually tell people it to leave the forumotion forum open for like a month or so and give members time to copy and re-post their post on the new site if they wish to.

All reports have to be made to forumotion litigation.
