Want to add photos to Index page white space.

Hello!

I need some help with the design of my Homepage. It's the Index page here:

As you can see, we have many forum headings. This creates a strip of white space on the right hand side, which continues for about half of the page.

I'd like to add a strip of photos to this area. The photos would be added by me and changed by me, as needed. They do not need to rotate, or anything like that.

I will supply the photos and size them so that they are the size of the ad for "KG Tropicals" which you can see on that same side, just before the Poll.

Can you tell me how to add photos to this area?
