Chatbox not showing in full

Alright, I'm in I'll check it right now. I removed the info just in case since it does have access to the Administration Panel, mate.

I'm able to see the whole chat-box, try clearing the browsers' cache: https://help.forumotion.com/t22597-how-to-clear-the-cache-in-firefox-internet-explore-chrome

Cleared cache...still can't see it. Using FF, but also looks the same when I log in using Chrome. See screenshot 2 -- [img][/img]

Have you added any recent codes that are related to the chat-box?

No. Nothing. Just basic forum. You think my forum header image is too big?

Might be problem with the theme's css.
Can you provide again the test account?

You shouldn't have posted your critical information publicly - any user with malicious intent could log onto your forum and delete it by now.

Yes, I know... I didn't want to, but I didn't have the ability to PM because it says "you do not have enough posts to use this function".

Agree with Ultra Vision, you should create a test account instead.
