Suspicious Activity sign in problems
Hi,
I have a member on my forum that cannot log in due to suspicious activity on his account.
I do believe he used lower case letters when he should have used upper case. He tells me that he gets redirsted to another page but he cannot get any further.
I've read about this on this forum so have an idea whats going on and I know I need to PM someone, but I need to make a couple more posts to be able to PM.

Many Thanks

Have you tried to log in with the member's information?

Re: Suspicious Activity sign in problems
No, I've not tried that.
I've read on here that the only way around it is to send a PM with the details and the name can be removed from the blacklist.
I've sent the PM to Leeloo, just waiting for a reply.

Unfortunately Leeloo left Forumotion, so you can either send the information via PM to Sanket or any other staff members so we can forward the request to our main administrator.pitbull64 wrote:No, I've not tried that.

I have forwarded your problem to The Godfather, however I am not sure when he will reply as he has not answered our previous queries as well. So please be patient.

Re: Suspicious Activity sign in problems
I've managed to get around the problem by going into the admin panel and changing the members username slightly and resetting his password.
I can now log in using the new details for his account.
I've emailed him the new details and told him to go into his profile and change his password to something better for him.
Could the admin mark this as solved.
Many Thanks
